The Snoezelpad, the food forest on the Oude Kale in Nevele, is a place with space for meeting, relaxation and edible treats. De Klaverhoeve, the studio of vzw De Vierklaver, is located in the middle of this. This place is intended to enjoy and promote integration of people with disabilities.

The Snoezelpad is an initiative of the City of Deinze and is practically supported by non-profit organizations De Vierklaver and Velt, and maintained by volunteers.

By transforming this wasteland on the Oude Kale into a place with sustainable trees and shrubs with edible fruit, it also contributes to Deinze’s climate objectives.
