Purfruit is an organic fruit picking farm that was established in 1997. It started with a plantation of blueberries and elderberry and free-range turkeys. But this immediately went wrong. The turkeys were bitten to death by foxes and birds came to eat the berries. Bart did not want to give up and realized that he had to work with nature.

Over the years, the farm grew into a self-picking farm with a 12 ha domain with a wide variety of fruit shrubs and trees. In 2020 Bart started planting a food forest to expand his self-picking farm. Before that he switched among others. enlisted the help of the employees of Too Good To Go, who helped out in team building.
