At the end of 2015, we (ediblegroen.nu) entered into contact with local residents to meet, bring greenery and food more into contact with each other. We created a piece of communal & historical nature, in this area of the village used to be the orchards of the village, previously the plot was a vegetable garden. This garden has a public picking garden / educational / attraction and meeting place function, for example we also worked together with the local primary school to create an insect hotel. The specials are a living bank (Prunus), fruit tunnels (Apple and Pear) and of course the insect hotel with information function. The village food forest was festively opened in the summer of 2017.
